Workscope:
1) Prior to commencement of work to carry out visual inspection for abnormalities c/w digital images recording & reporting.
2) To carry out NDT- Liquid penetrant testing to check for surface cracks around the damaged sections.
3) To carry out metal stitching on crack section.
4) To pre-machine affected bearing seat Dia.150mm to bare metal, insulate protect unaffected area prior to spraywelding process.
5) To conduct spraywelding of highchrome steel on bearing seat to sufficient thickness.
6) To align straightness, concentricity & perpendicularity to precision bore bearing seat to fits & tolerances.
