Observed hairline cracks propagated from fuel injector holes to the valve port on cylinder
Observed hairline cracks propagated from fuel injector holes to the valve port on cylinder . The cylinder block is water jacketed and the water entered the combustion side through crack lines.
Problem:
Commonly used electric welding is found less satisfactory and in many cases can cause even more cracks.
Solution:
Metal Stitching - cold repair without welding
