Off center bearing seat cracked
Damaged Area: Off-Centered Bearing Seat Dia.150mm (Cracked)
Workscope:
I) To provide jigs & fixtures, tools & equipments to bore & remove cracked remainder portion of bearing seat
II) To bore damaged seating and enlarge inner diameter to Dia.160mm x Depth 70mm c/w seating profile.
III) To fabricate new sleeve (Material AISI4340), pre-machine to profile and outer diameter Dia.160.05mm for tight fit tolerance.
IV) To align straightness, concentricity and precision bore sleeved-in seat to size & tolerance as required (Dia.150mm +0.000)
