1) To disassemble gearbox, clean and heatsweat oil residual;
2) To reassemble gearbox and secured on boring machine to pre-machine worn out bearing seats to bare metal and provide sufficient thickness for spraywelding;  
3) To conduct sprayweld process to rebuild all 2 half bearing seats to excess thickness;
4) To clean, smooth dress and level all sprayweld edges, reassemble gearbox bolted with torque wrench to appropriate tightness;
5) To align straightness, concentricity & perpendicularity to precision bore all build up seats to required size & tolerance.
