Crack around labyrinth seal surface & inner structure
1) to enlarge existing cracked labyrinth seal seat
2) to fabricate new sleeve and machine new labyrinth seal profile
3) press in new sleeve and entire OD of new sleeve to be fully metal stitched to side plate
4) to enlarge new sleeve bore to required size
